Write a modified BFS which counts number of cells per connected component. This gives area of matrix where given field is divided into 1 m2 cells.

In first example, there are 2 connected components divided by middle rectangle.
In 2nd example, 4 rectangles divide matrix in 2 components, smaller one in middle and larger one out of these rectangles.
