step 1: Draw a graph like..if E1 is taller than E3, E1 -> E3, if E3 is smaller than E2, E2 -> E3, In short taller -> smaller.
step 2: after creating graph, perform topological sorting
NOTE: ask interviewer that whether there will be always sufficient statement to sort entire elements or not

Convert all the taller than statements to shorter than or vice-versa. Then use Topological sorting.

By looking at the condition I guess a quick sort would work where the first elemphant height could be treated as pivot.
