Debug into the same way ad debug 10 line sof code, what actually the code, and what kind of problem is coming..if all thousand of code has implementaiotn of several trees or multithreading ? or what ?

First of all don't write thousands of lines and then debug :-)

Use asserts and trace.... later...

use the idea of binary search.

I would say that find the part of code that you specifically want to test and then debug with such an input that tests that part of the code rather than testing the whole code.
