Assuming you have 'ulimit -c 10000000' to get it to coredump in the first place, run it through gdb.

# gdb binary_name core_file_name

Possible coredumps:
Stack Overflow
Accessing an uninitialized pointer
Any type of undefined behavior

In Embedded system, when a program does a core dump. It will save the stack, registers contents and important global variables and it will save the cause of the crash in the Non volatile memory area.

will check whether some memory is been accessed without allocating.

Using gdb check for the stack trace.
Use the command bt(back trace) or bt full
and trace back to the Failure line of code...
