AnswersGenerate all possible unique 4 digit numbers such that no two adjacent numbers are the same and any number starting with 4 should end with a 4 . eg 1234 , 1232 are both correct but 1223 is not .

if I consider my elements are 5,3,12,1,6 and if i check to see if 25 can be generated .. according to this algorithm it will return true but it shouldn as you cannot repeat the same element more than 2 times to generate the sum .. in this case 25 can only be formed by 12+3+5+5 ... Please correct me if I am wrong ..
