Description of the project
Open Text Imaging clients covers both aspects of business document integration – capturing documents from various sources including scanners, faxes, email, and other office applications, and retrieving documents for users in many different environments, including in remote offices and over the internet. Imaging is a highly flexible application supporting interfaces for integration with workflow, the Open Text Archive Server, Open Text Content Server and other business applications. With Imaging, documents can be captured, archived and linked to all types of business objects within enterprise applications.
Role : Advanced Software Engineer
Responsibilities : • Leading the Automation team and Framework for Model Based Testing.
• Coordinating the team members in automation test planning, framework design and development of automation scripts.
• Participating actively in daily standup meetings.

The project supports multiple business groups in the Global Wealth Management Technology group. The current automation portfolio includes
• Client Facing and Internal Trading web Applications -written primarily in ASP , these are currently automated using a keyword driven framework built from ground up by the Infosys team using QTP 9.5 & QTP10.0
• Internal Trading Desktop applications – These are derived from standard .Net trading containers such as Thomson Reuters container. A data driven / functional decomposition approach is employed to test this using QTP 9.5.
Role : Automation Analyst
Responsibilities : • Validation of incoming automation requests including Test Data step completeness and accuracy
• Participated in designing of automation framework with keyword driven approach.

It will replace the current Oracle - based system HRMS and will allow us to run multiple clients on the same system. It enables customers to have a better online experience by making it easier to navigate.
