this is NOT a careless question if you ever learned about computational geometry! Simple Complex Hull problem. Look up in Cormen!

@anon: The main problem is: what does cover exactly mean here? Please try to understand before just blurting out. The Convex hull interpretation has already been mentioned.

The MST interpretation is not unreasonable/careless.
