1. Fill 7 liter tumbler fully: 7 - 0
2. Fill 4 liter tumbler fully by pouring from the 7 liter one: 3 - 4
3. Empty the small one: 3 - 0
4. Transfer the remaining water in big one to small one: 0 - 3
5. Fill 7 liter tumbler fully: 7 - 3
6. Fill the small one fully by pouring from the big one: 6 - 4
Now we have 6 liters in the big tumbler

Fill the 7 liter tumbler
Fill the 4 liter tumbler from 7 liter one
Empty 4 liter tumbler
Fill the 4 liter tumbler using the remaining water from 7 liter tumbler (remaining are 3 liter)
Fill the 7 liter tumbler
Pour the water from 7 liter to 4 liter tumbler. 4 liter tumbler already have 3 liters so it can only accept another one liter. 6 Liters remain in the 7 Liter tumbler.

7=1+4+2
7=2+4

7Ltum = 4L + 3L (Remaining 1L in 4L tum)
7Ltum = 1L + 4L + 2L (Remaining 2L in 4L tum)
7Ltum = 2L + 4L

Fill 7 liter tumbler.
Take 4 liter out and pour it out.
Fill 4 liter tumbler with remaining water in 7 liter tumbler. Now 3 liter water in 4 ltr tumbler.
Fill 7 liter tumbler. Fill the 4 liter tumbler completely from 7 liter tumbler.
Remains 6 liter in 7 liter tumbler.
