project review,references,features to be tested,Test strategy,Types of testing,entry/exit criteria,Automation plan,communication plan,requirements,deliverables,staffing plan,risks and contingencies ,miles and deliverables ,metrics,approvals

It should also contain the CR's that are fixed as part of the release and which needs to be fix verified by the test team.
