for(house = houseA to houseC)
{
    for(days = 15 to 0)
    {
        dp[days] = max(dp[days - house.day] + house.value, dp[days]);
    }
}

you just written a zero-one pack, for this question:

for(house = houseA to houseC)
{
    for(days = 0 to 15)
    {
        dp[days] = max(dp[days - house.day] + house.value, dp[days]);
    }
}

Correct me if I'm wrong but the problem never gonna choose HouseC, because take the same time that HouseB, and you make less profit!!

But you cant build HouseB twice, so given totalDays = 15, you have to pick HouseB and HouseC combination. Total profit = 21K

This can be solved by recursive backtracking.
