If "standard" is defined as "all integers", the obvious choice has to be 11.2, since it's clearly not an integer.

Answer should be 11.2 and -0 is an integer. Because -0 = +0 anyway, as it is nothing.

In my opinion, not sure whether the number out of the bounds of integer is correct, I mean, in java, int is 4 bytes. Also not sure whether number like 4+6j, which is a virtual number, is right

Consider this as programming question.. Only 11.2 wont fit in a variable with integer datatype.

[need to check if -0 is supported value for int in the compiler specs]

The answer is definitely 11.2. Fractions are NOT integers. Signed zero (-0) is used in computer programming and is an integer.
