This won't compile since '...' must be the last catch block for a particular try. If you put this as the end catch block, you will get 3 as the output since it throws an int.

It gives compilation error.
Ellipse exception declaration of a catch bloack must at the end of the all catch block.

error: ‘...’ handler must be the last handler for its try block [-fpermissive]

apart from the error that the handler catch(...) should be present at last, the code won't compile because it gives following error
cout was not declared in this scope as namespace std is missing from the code.
