I think what he/she meant was that it seems that they're looking for people who will put up with being mistreated. Often, immigrants will do that because they have few other options. If they leave their job while applying for a green card, the whole process is reset.

The starting pay for a Financial Software Developer is £35,000 in London. I would hardly say it is because "they" have "fewer options".

That means most people should not work for bloomberg. No wonder why they have a massive posting on craigslist in this month of May. Someone told me that some guy got fired/canned by a manager or director because he was playing a game of solitaire on his computer because he was finished with his work.

How do they really treat people, I would like to know. And is that why many people in there are immigrants/asian/indian due to the green card status?

Any info is appreciated.

No because you guys do not think hard or have the talent to do such jobs. Not because asians have fewer options. I got into nVIDIA and National Instruments. Study harder and party less often.
