Amazon Interview Question for Analysts

Assuming SSSS is the answer. This is how it is obtained.
SSS, SCC, C, SC, ???
S - straight line, C - is alphabet C
Using 3 straight lines we can get alphabet - A
Using one straight line and 2C we can get alphabet - B
Using one C we get the alphabet - C
Using one straight line and one C we get alphabet - D
So this gives us the series A, B, C, D, ??? - answer would be "E" which can be obtained using 4 straight lines - SSSS

NUMBER OF S decreases/increass by 2 and c starts with 2 decreases by 1
so
SSS, Scc,c, SC, SSScc

I think the answer will be ssc because in every step there is a change of one s only...At the starting we have two s then one decreases then again one decreases then one adds then again one got add and the final solution comes out to be a ssc.
