First of all one should give the phone number on resume. In case you don't have phone then one should have email on resume. If even email is not there then candidate is incompetent. But if you think he has good credentials then he should have had mentioned his home address on resume. Send a mail to his home address. If even that is not mentioned then you are stupid. Go and check other candidates..
