It would definitely have dashboards showing health of different company areas.

1. What kind of information the CEO wants to see (project progress, financials, risks)? - define all metrics/information
2. What level of information would he like to see (summary level/ one level drilled down)?
3. Does he wants to see real time info or staged info
4. does he wants alert / notification when something goes wrong for the project
5. RAG Status?
6. how would he use the information displayed - share? action item assignment? notification??
7. What type of project info he would like to see ? All/critical projects ?
......
8. Does the interface need to support multiple devices? laptop/ cell phone/ipad/tablet...
9. Browser compatebility - what all browser should it support
10. what is the budget and timeline .. the list goes on

Based on all these requirement, the interface should be built. it should be a dashboard considering all these information.
