So in this case, the frame will hang directly under point B. If you remove the screw at B, the frame will readjust to a point directly below point A. But if you remove the Screw at A, the frame will fall down.

U didn't answer for the second case of the question in which the frame should fall if any of the screw is removed

Two nails A and B are Tied with the rope, with which the frame Hangs..
