Just taking a shot at this one.
Assume we specify details to the extent of our knowledge :

2. Create god / show god to me
3. Create Time Machine
4. Take me to another time(past or future) or planet in an instant.

i think this question is asked by the interviewer to check if we are clarifying ambiguity regarding the question.

any person who s good in testing should get to know the requirements at first step.hence if such a qn s asked ask qns to interviewer to make the qn clear.

Not possible to design test cases without more information about "anything".
I could say that I want something good, nice, juicy and sweet. It could mean an apple or a cake.
There has to be a finite set of inputs and outputs for any computer system.

Test Case:
The machine shall create Design Test Case for itself!

Details:
1. Each entity created during tests will be terminated during or in the end of tests, so no energy will be wasted and no garbage will accumulate in the end.
2. Tests will use a pre determined amount of energy. No extra energy will be required during the execution of the tests and no extra energy will be returned from the tests.
3. Tests will run in machine's own space-time continuum that will be created in the beginning of the test. The space shall inflate as needed and time will flow as long shall need.
4. Inside the space-time continuum, continuous exchange of energy shall occurs, entities shall evolve from simple to complex forms.
5. One single specie of observers will be created inside in a single place to challenge the creation of the machine.
6. The observers will judge the concept of good over wrong. Equal amounts of good and bad will be generate during the tests. The distribution of good and bad over time/space shall vary; the test case ends when either one win over the entire space (succeed), or the distribution of energy becomes uniform so no change would be possible anymore (fail.)
