If items are enqueued at the tail of a linked list and the item at the head specifies the first item, return the tail for the stack.

While Q.Count > 0
   Stack.Push(Q.Dequeue);

Have two queues Q1 and Q2.
On push(item), enqueue item to Q1.
On pop(), start dequeuing items from Q1 and enqueue into Q2.
Check if Q1 is empty,
if empty, return the last dequeued item
