They are two different things.
Segmentation fault happens when a process tries to access any memory address outside it's assigned address space (i.e. valid segments).
Page fault happens when a process tries to access a valid address but that page is not in memory and has to be fetched from disk.

These two things are handled by the same page fault mechanism. For instance, if a NULL pointer reference can't be handled by bringing in a page, the page fault handler notifies of a segmentation fault. If a page had to be fetched from swap, for instance, we encounter a no such fault.
