That's right :ctor has no return type, not inherited

Yes, neither constructor nor destructor have return types.

constructor takes argument (i.e parametrize constructor ),but doesn't return anything;
on other hand destructor niether takes nor return any thing !!!

Constructor return the referenced id which is stored in stack.
