Why you consider 0 as a step?

10 Steps, since there are 11 numbers. Consider numbers as Nodes and steps as edges in a graph. Connect each number to the number before and after it e.g. 3 is connected to 2 and 4. How many edges are there if you want to traverse from 0 to 10? 10 edges!

Okay its 10 steps and 11 counts......if u want to knw how many numbers b/w 0 to 10 including the boundaries its 11, if you see step as a jump from 1 number to another its 10.....Junping from 0 => 1 is 1 step, 1 => 2 second step and so on, it will come upto be 10
