it was a good experience.
they mostly asked me stories that related to troubleshooting experience.I gave real time examples where i used my knowledge to troubleshoot problems
no programming questions were asked.

For aws support? You shoud prepare working 27/7. Sorry this avice is for after interview.

Can you tell us your in person interview (position: cloud support associate) experience with amazon in brief? What all questions did they ask? Was there any pattern of the questions?
