This is the very basic of thread..
All thread of the same process share the code, data and heap segment, hence they are called light weigh processes, whereas processes have their own individual counterparts. Due to this context switching between threads is simpler and quick..
However note that threads have their own stack..

thread will run in one processor and all use the same share memory ..
process WILL NOT....
