Description :
Oracle Communications Design Studio simplifies and accelerates introduction of new, competitive services operators need to bring to market.
Design Studio enables operators to produce new services with holistic support of the service release cycle, including the design, build, test, and deploy of services, and includes service documentation generated from the tool as you build, freeing operator personnel to spend more time creating value-added services.
A rapid and repeatable service release cycle from within Design Studio is the crucial element to reduce costs and time frames to manage the evolution of services as they mature in their lifecycle: from incubation and market launch, through the growth stage and geographic roll-out of the service, ultimately into mass market delivery of that service.
Using Design Studio, you can:
• Manage and configure products, services, and associated data from a single application while abstracting underlying BSS and OSS application interfaces during configuration.
• Enable configurable OSS (OSM, UIM, ASAP) software to accommodate new products that bundle existing services, and easily modify existing configurations.
• Provide customized views to access data in multiple ways, display and modify configurations graphically, provide impact analysis capabilities during modeling to inform users of change impact, validate the integrity of configurations, and assist users with resolutions when issues arise.
• Provide facilities to capture requirements, design and implementation details. Flexibly deploy, test, and document configurations as they evolve.
