Basic but many questions:

How does this work? Has anyone been placed/interviewed by submitting their resume here? When I submit my resume do I get a confirmation? Who goes through the resumes and sends it around to companies?

It's brand new (literally two weeks old), so no placements yet obviously. I personally go through resumes and send them to companies.

How to know the status after submitting the resume? how long the submitted resumes will be considered?
