If class A uses class B, you're essentially forced to test B if you want to test A. The only way around that would be to make a version of B that exists just for testing and passes back some sort of sample output that is representative of what B would normally output. But normally when you do a unit test of a component A, you want to test any components that are directly involved in having A produce a correct result.
