Example : N=216, factors = {2,2,2,3,3,3}. here every prime factor has its set (i.e. {2,3} ) which is repeated, hence it can be represented in P^q format which is (2*3)^3 i.e. Product of numbers in every Set raised to the power of number of such sets.
If N=32 with prime factors (2,2,2,2,2) all are same, hence true
