If you did not do well in one interview and you felt (or got feedback) that you didn't do well on technical questions, it is best to take a few weeks break and focus on interview preparation (by that I mean, focussing on fundamentals, learning/brushing up concepts that you don't know etc)..
The common mistake people make is they keep applying to several other companies after not doing well in one interview....this will only add more to your depression because no matter how many companies you apply, the outcome will be the same unless you correct the underlying problem.

If you think you are really good technically and just being unlucky in those interviews, you are in denial...I've been through this myself. Accept the fact that there is a problem. Then STOP giving these interviews for now..Take a break for 3-4 weeks..study the concepts hard (rather than just trying to solve one problem after the other..it doesn't make sense).. Focus ..focus and focus!!!!!

Do not be discouraged. The times are tough, even the very best candidates are having a tought time. Keep at it.

Eventually you will succeed.

As they say, failure is the stepping stone to success. Try to learn from those failures. Go over what might have gone wrong.

For improvements, being prepared is one of the best resources against nervousness during interviews. Always go with the attitude that this is not the end, there will always be more opportunities, and it is ok to fail. Do your best and don't think of the consequences.

After an interview, ask for feedback and try to work on that. Even if no feedback is forthcoming, go over the interview, and try to see what you could have done better or differently.

Good luck.

If you're not doing well on the technical parts, you're not doing well overall. Practice and brush up on your fundamentals. Once you're great at fundamentals, you will have a lot of confidence that will show in the interview.
