you do not need to do explicit deallocation in garbage collected environment and so it will not let u do so.

1 and 3 but not 2, because garbarge collection means de allocate the memory that is not used automatically,
One example is Java or C#, they do memory management (allocation and garbage colelction ) for us
language like C we have to do it ourselve through malloc and destroy
