Interview Question
Country: India
Interview Type: Written Test
There are a lot of thing are comming in my mind..
1:- There is no network..
2:- May be you are running out of battery.
3:- May be your battery is not charging properly.
4:- May be You have change setting so that evrery time when you are in a call it will automaticaly switched off after 2 sec... etc
First of all what kind of phone is it? Is it a landline or a cell phone?
If cell phone then:
1. check signal
2. check battery
3. check if phone is getting charged properly
4. check if some other application is interrupting
5. Check if there is a problem with OS/Software issues... need upgrade etc.
6>Check if the mute button isnt automatically getting activated
7. Check if the mouth piece and ear phone are working well :)
8. check if the flash button isnt getting activated.
9. Make sure no other call is interfering.
If landline:(chordless)
1. Check battery in handset.
2> Check if there is power in the base unit
2.Check that the service provider isnt having issues.
3>Check if you are out of range( too far from the base)
4. (If its a VOIP) Check if the router connected is working properly
5 mute, ear piece and microphone, flash and second call same as cell phone.
See the problem is "phone getting switched off"
How can that happen?
1>problem with mother board or memory
2>problem with operating system
3>problem with battery
Another funny issue can be: the switch off button is kept too close to the point where you hold the phone and it gets pressed some how ...
This is really interesting question.....
