All this interviews were all in the same day (like a onsite interview).

I thought that this was a good sign because he said that I should not be worried because the offers are good. I was wrong... it is not a good sign... :)

oh... and I forgot... I had no sleep the night before - tooth pain. The pain persisted also during the interviews and dissapeared when I left the MS building. Should this be a sign? :)

Well you never knew. I once had 4 round of interview and got a reject, so I thought if I don't see the hiring manager its not good but 4 months back I talked with hiring manager and 2 levels up :) But even then I was not offered, so generalizations aren't working, keep us posted of the result. And I am pretty near to MS main campus.. we can meet up some time..

Hey S, is it necessary to have .Net experience for applying to Microsoft?? I have mostly coded in Java, C and C++ but have no projects in .Net. Please advise.

depends on the job... but I think it's easy to jump from java to C#... I don't see this as a problem.

"Your potential is our passion" - Microsoft.
So if u have the potential to write good code, there won't be a blocker. That said, few open positions would call for specific skills.
