Consider: a = -INTMAX + 1, b = 4

a - b would turn out to be +ve.

Ya true, but we need to make sure that the number is not negative initially.. we will be checking that condition first before passing it to that function

If they rejected you, don't say "it was a great experience.." Don't get taken for granted.

man! I dunno think its appropriate to say that if you are not selected, the experience was not good. experience can be good even if you didn't get the end result!
