BAN USERHD included in the service- each video can be stored in 2 ways- HD and non- HD version. Some temporary space for data conversion from HD to non HD. If cost of webspaceis1GB @ 5$, it would cost not more than 1$ for the company to host it including the maintainance. Now a 15 min HD video when freshly made from a DSLR would be around 1 GB and that of a cell phone would be around 500 MB. The non HD videos for 15 mins would cost us 100 MB on average. Avg upload speed So there should be a temporary buffer of around 1000 TB for one state (Assuming a upper limit of 10000 are uploading @ a particular moment(say use of buffer for 2-3 hrs @ an avg of 100 kbps) ). while 100000 non HD are being uploaded @ the same time which be around 3 hr @ 100kbps for 1 state. which would require 1700 GB of Buffer per state.
Considering the cost of 100 videos being uploaded. the converted videos- non hd- 100 MB is stored and HD- 500 MB (Assuming mp4). Assuming 20% of them are HD and remaining non HD. 100*.2*500+100*.8*100=18000mb which is 18 GB for 100 videos. it would be 18*x for x videos.
Assuming 1000 videos are uploaded on an average per day from 1 state of population 10million. 180GB per day.
For a particular USER, would store links of the pages he visit and count the number of times he visit the same page or similar in the category. Then If he has bought the product, would suggest him accessories and with every new arrival of the same category which he has already bought.
