just need to find the first (starting from the least significant bit) 1 followed by a 0, then swap the two...
To generate the first num, (e.g. 111), we just need (1<<k) - 1 (e.g. 1000 and subtract 1)
after that we just xor by 11 in the right spot to flip both bits...
Haven't done this for a long time so I'm kind of rusty but here's a shot at the code...
