Right part: the rest cards;
push the left part into stack Out;
4. recursively call the partition function on the Right part till no card's in Right part;
5. Out.pop();
6. Above is one iteration: O(n3/2+n3/4+n3/8+...)~O(3n)
Do the iteration repeatedly till Out.pop() is your original deck.
