Use of Singleton pattern makes sense here since a common parking lot will be shared by all the vehicles, so you might need to incorporate that in your code.
There's also a scope of using Factory method pattern for ParkingLot object depending on the size of the vehicle (although, it might not be necessary)
I can also think of time stamps?
What is exactly expected here? A system that does the job or just the algorithm that gets the top 10 products in a given category?
To me, it appears more like a database design question, in which case, a simple database query should do the job, if we were to maintain a table similar to the following:
product_id product_name category price* average_rating
In object oriented design perspective, it makes sense to look at each product as a class which implements an interface Product which has some common setter and getter methods. As far as maintaining the list of top 10 products, a priority queue can be maintained and updated each time a product rating changes.
