No.. Java supports both call by value and call by reference.. When primitive types are passed to a function they are passed by value.Objects are always passed call by reference and when u pass reference explicitly then call by value takes place.

It has to be 11 matches.. 8th team scored 0 wins.. then 7th team have at least 2 wins.. 6th placed team can have at least 4 wins.. so we have 6 wins.. 50 wins left for 5 teams... now each team won 10 of matches.. so we have five teams each won 10 matches an d place in semis depends on run rate.. so if any team won 11 matches will go to semis without consideration of run rate...
