First my focus will be to create key reusable components/or a core secure website for payments transfer (not cutomized to a particular bank) with my team.
For this, we will discuss to create requirements and functionality including both existing popular functionality and some innovative functionality from our side. (simultaneously a few team members would be spending time on finding the latest and/or already popular security methods for commercial websites while the others start modelling the requirments)
Then we would create a model of the structures being used in the website.
After this, our next step would be to look at existing designs and best practices and compare our designs to find any flaw/enhancement which we might have overlooked.
Next step would be to incorporate the changes in the model.
Design is ready with the most appropriate algos to be used.

Next step is coding, unit testing, system testing.
After system testing passes,special testing related to security and hacking needs to be done with full focus ( v imp ) .

This process would create a core website for providing credit card and other services for commercial banks
