How about using a min heap, with the recent usage as a parameter to maintain the heap ?

Use a hash of address to link list nodes and once you get the list just move the last element to the first while evicting the page

We can use LinkedhashMap for it. We need the elements in some order, and we need to search on keys quickly.

My Solution will be HashMap <Process, Count> and save the Least Recently used process as a separate Data.
